Service Agreement
By submitting a quote request and/or paying a deposit, the Client agrees to the following terms and conditions. These terms form a binding agreement between the Client and Barbie’s Dream Bar.
Booking & Payment
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.
Events are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
The remaining balance is due [7–14 days] prior to the event date.
Bookings made within [7 days] of the event require full payment upfront.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
All deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations made 14+ days prior to the event may apply the deposit toward a future booking within 6 months (subject to availability).
Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-transferable and non-refundable.
No-shows or same-day cancellations result in full forfeiture of all payments.
Rescheduling Policy
One (1) reschedule is permitted if requested at least 14 days in advance, based on availability.
Rescheduled events must take place within 6 months of the original date.
Additional reschedule requests may require a new deposit.
Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
Provide accurate event details (date, time, location, guest count)
Ensure adequate space and setup access for bar services
Provide a safe working environment for staff
Obtain any required venue permissions
Alcohol Policy
Barbie’s dream Bar does not sell alcohol
The Client is responsible for providing alcohol if applicable.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated or underage.
Liability
Barbie’s Dream Bar is not responsible for damages caused by guests or third parties.
The Client assumes responsibility for any damages to equipment caused during the event.
Weather Policy (for outdoor events)
The Client must provide adequate shelter/coverage in case of weather.
If unsafe conditions occur, services may be paused or terminated without refund.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Weather
Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Emergencies
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if:
Conditions are unsafe
Terms are violated
Staff safety is at risk
